- Yohimbine: works by stimulating the sympathetic nervous system. When the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated, the body’s “fight or flight” response is activated. This, in turn, triggers the release of neurotransmitters known as catecholamines. The two catecholamines that play a significant role in the fight or flight response are adrenaline (or epinephrine) and noradrenaline (or norepinephrine). When these are released into the bloodstream, you become more alert and your body temperature and blood pressure increase. Your body springs into action and becomes prepared to take on whatever obstacles may be in your way. Additionally, yohimbine also adds the fat burning process as catecholamines also bind with special receptors in your fat cells.

 

Niacin: Helps our blood vessels dilate which increases the flow of blood in our body. Enhanced pumps! 

 

Taurine: Reduces muscular fatigue during exercise. Increases force production of muscles. Supports thermoregulation during physical activity. Improves concentration.

It's a cell volumiser so may help prevent cramp. Regulates Calcium levels in cells so helps maintain hydration.

 

Caffeine: is well known to enhance and prolong exercise performance. Reduces feelings of fatigue, lower perceived exertion, and even lowers levels of perceived pain. Improves mental acuity and sharpness, it helps maintain laser-like focus, and it even improves some technical skills both during and after strenuous activity. 

 

Sodium: It can help regulate muscle contraction, nerve function and blood volume. It also regulates fluid levels in your body. Greater pumps!

 

Citrulline Malate: helps clear lactate and ammonia from the blood post exercise. This reduces acidosis during strenuous exercise, which decreases muscle soreness. Malate is known to be associated with the formation of energy molecules (ATP) that provides more energy to the muscle while you are exercising. Increases the amount of arginine in the blood, leading to increased NO production. More NO, you may have heard, means increased blood flow to muscles during exercise, which allows them to last longer under duress—and produce bigger muscle pumps. 

 

L-Arginine: Being a precursor for nitric oxide, L-arginine promotes endurance and conditioning. When nitric oxide is released, it expands the blood vessels by relaxing the muscles of their walls. The result is lowered blood pressure and increases blood flow to the muscles during your workout.

 

Beetroot: Along with supporting exercise, the nitric oxide produced by beets' nitrates can also help speed up recovery. Not only does boosted blood flow mean increased oxygen transport during exercise, but also increased transport of oxygen and other nutrients muscles need to recover post training.
